On Friday of last week (September 18), Disney opened their D-Tech On Demand service at the D-Street location in the Downtown Disney District at the Disneyland resort. The service has been available in Disney World’s Downtown Disney in the Marketplace Co-Op building, but this is the first time we’re seeing it here on the West Coast. D-Tech allows customers to browse a large variety of phone cover designs on iPad stations located at the front of the store. You can browse designs with Disney characters, Star Wars and The Muppets. You can even customize the design with your name if you wish. Currently, I have about four designs available in the system but hope to do more. You can see three of them below. The fourth design is the original Hipster Mickey image. It’s such a cool service and hope you will check it out the next time you’re at one of the Disney resorts.
D-Street is located in the Downtown Disney District at both the Disneyland® Resort and the Walt Disney World® Resort.
